Launch of Care Leaders Club (CLC)
On October 15, 2025, the first session of the Care Leaders Club (CLC) will be held, a practical and continuous learning program for managers in the care industry. ZitzGen, a company based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, aims to realize sustainable management in nationwide care facilities through this initiative.
Background of the Launch - Why Continuous Learning for Managers is Crucial Now
The care industry is undergoing rapid changes, with staffing shortages, rising costs, and the need to adapt to revised care compensation rates becoming pressing issues. One significant challenge is the decline in the quality of human resources in management roles, creating a demand for capable managers who can navigate these complexities. Many facilities suffer from a lack of management training, relying on intuition and outdated practices instead of structured learning.
Vision from ZitzGen (Ryuji Takahashi, Executive Director)
The reality is that many managers at care facilities play a critical role in driving overall performance. Insufficient understanding of financial figures, challenges in recruitment, and strained relationships with staff hinder success. However, we've seen that when management improves, facilities thrive. CLC is not just a knowledge-sharing platform; it’s a hands-on learning environment where managers collaborate and grow as drivers of change within their facilities.
What is CLC (Care Leaders Club)?
The Care Leaders Club aims to bridge the gap between ground-level management and strategic management practices, fostering effective leadership in care facilities. By continuously learning, managers can achieve the triple aim of user satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and profitability. This approach stands out as the first of its kind within the care industry, emphasizing ongoing development over one-off seminars.
Benefits of Continuous Learning
- - Increased ability for managers to understand and execute the vision of facility owners.
- - Enhanced profitability and satisfaction for both employees and users, leading to exemplary facilities.
