Tokyo Sankei Building Christmas Illumination 2025

The Tokyo Sankei Building SHOPS & RESTAURANTS, located at 1-7-2 Otemachi, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, will begin its Christmas illumination on November 17, 2025, continuing until December 25, 2025. This year’s theme is "Creating a Sustainable Christmas for the Future - A Design of Diversity and Harmony." Inspired by the themes of the Osaka Kansai Expo 2025, the illumination embodies the concepts of sustainability and diversity utilizing sustainable materials such as paper band crafts.

Celebration of Diversity and Sustainability

This dazzling event will showcase colorful ornaments crafted from paper band materials. These ornaments will not only add vibrancy but also symbolize the rich diversity we celebrate during the holiday season. On October 21, a workshop was held for local office workers, where they created unique ornaments that will adorn the main tree. Notably, children from the ‘Shinma Club’ after-school program at Iidabashi also participated in crafting these decorations, adding a community-oriented touch to the event.

In line with its concept, "Turning Buildings into Wonderful Media—More than Just Boxes, But Engaging Spaces for People," the Tokyo Sankei Building continues to foster community participation and encourage creativity through these seasonal celebrations.

Illumination Details

The illumination will be on display in the common areas of the Tokyo Sankei Building, including the B2F, B1F, 1F, and 2F levels, and is open to all visitors. The lighting times will be from 7:00 AM to midnight, making it accessible for an extended period, allowing everyone to come and enjoy the festive spirit.

• - Location: Tokyo Sankei Building B2F, B1F, 1F, 2F Common Areas
• - Access: Directly connected to Otemachi Station (Tokyo Metro Marunouchi, Hanzomon, Chiyoda, Tozai Lines, Toei Mita Line) at exits E1 and A4. It is also a 7-minute walk from Tokyo Station (Marunouchi North Exit).
