Bosch and Virto Commerce Launches Digital Loyalty Portal for 150,000 Users Across Europe

New Era of Customer Engagement in Europe

In an era where digital transformation is key, Bosch Home Comfort Group has joined forces with Virto Commerce, a renowned leader in B2B e-commerce solutions, to develop an impressive digital loyalty portal that currently serves more than 150,000 users across Europe. This initiative marks a significant upgrade from fragmented local loyalty programs into a unified, API-based platform that supports over 210,000 orders and integrates more than 22,000 products from upwards of 115 service providers.

The Genesis of the Loyalty Portal

The loyalty portal, which started as multiple isolated programs, now stands as a cornerstone for Bosch's digital partner engagement strategy. This new development allows installers not just to register products but also to redeem loyalty points and access comprehensive training materials, all within a scalable single workspace. Online registration and point redemption processes have been simplified, improving user experience manifold.

The journey of this impressive growth began in 2017 when the platform processed a mere 5,000 orders in its inaugural year. Fast forward to 2025, and it now efficiently manages over 35,000 orders annually—indicative of significant technological advancement and strategic planning.

Agile and User-Centric Development

The internal technical team at Bosch has been pivotal in developing the portal’s interface, utilizing the flexibility of Virto’s platform to maintain control over both DevOps and infrastructure. This autonomy has been a game-changer, fueling long-term agility and ensuring effective implementation tailored to the market's needs.

Cornelius Munz, a senior software engineer and technical director for Bosch Home Comfort Group, expressed his enthusiasm: “We had functional software within just two and a half days of practical workshops with Virto Commerce. This rapid prototyping was crucial in our decision-making process.”

Alexander Siniouguine, founder and CEO of Virto Commerce, highlighted the advanced features that the platform offers. He stated, “Thanks to real-time catalog updates and customized fulfillment logic, Bosch can ensure consistent and localized experiences for their partners.” This real-time responsiveness is essential in today’s fast-paced business environment.

Reinforcing Long-Term Partnerships

As Bosch continues to invest in digital interactions, this loyalty platform is not merely an operational upgrade; it is also set to enhance long-term relationships with Bosch’s partner network. The focus on building deeper connections aligns perfectly with Bosch's ambition to foster a robust ecosystem within the European energy sector.

“Managing our infrastructure and swiftly adapting to market needs was only achievable with Virto Commerce,” Cornelius adds, emphasizing the strategic advantages that come from such collaborations.
