His journey took him through various Italian restaurants and dining establishments, eventually earning him the title of Executive Chef for a dining conglomerate in Fukuoka. Since the opening of THE LIVELY KITCHEN Fukuoka Hakata in 2019, he has helmed the kitchen, delivering innovative and seasonal dishes that embody the restaurant's philosophy.
