NetSys Japan's Major Participation in Kansai's Hospitality Exhibition

NetSys Japan, a leading provider of IT solutions for the hospitality industry based in Chuo-ku, Tokyo, will proudly exhibit at the 17th Hotel & Restaurant Show and FOODEX JAPAN in Kansai 2025, running from July 23 to July 25 at Intex Osaka. This event is recognized as one of the largest comprehensive exhibitions for the lodging and dining sectors in the Kansai region.

The exhibition will bring together approximately 450 companies, showcasing around 500 booths, offering a unique opportunity to discover a wide range of products and services tailored for the hotel and restaurant industries.

• - PMS 'Core Cast': This property management system is engineered to streamline reservation management and revenue tracking for accommodation providers. With over 400 customizable features, it caters specifically to various operational needs. Moreover, being entirely cloud-based allows for data analytics that can inform management decisions and service enhancements. A robust support system is in place, offering 24/7 assistance from knowledgeable staff.

• - Self Check-In Machine 'Core Touch': This cutting-edge self check-in solution alleviates the workload for front desk staff and promotes efficiency, especially during peak check-in and check-out times. By reducing wait times, it significantly boosts guest satisfaction. This versatile machine comes in multiple models, including standalone, tabletop, tablet, and touch panel PC types, and it features multilingual capabilities to accommodate international guests and staff alike.

• - Smartphone Solution 'Core Guide': By scanning a QR code displayed around the property, guests can access vital information such as facility guide, checkout times, Wi-Fi passwords, and current crowd levels in restaurants and baths via their smartphones. This not only reduces inquiries directed to the front desk but also promotes a paperless environment, enhancing profit margins. The integration of sensors provides real-time updates on facility crowd levels, which is anticipated to increase guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. This service supports around 100 languages, ensuring a seamless experience for international guests.

In anticipation of the event, NetSys Japan has recently established a new department called the Total Solutions Division, launched in April. The goal of this department is to offer a comprehensive suite of IT solutions for accommodation providers in one streamlined package, minimizing the need for interactions with multiple IT vendors. This initiative aims to create an environment where hotel staff can focus more on their core business activities.
