The firm has promoted several senior professionals across various sectors, including Investment, Investor Relations, Capital Markets, and Legal teams.

These personnel changes are crucial to GTCR's long-standing commitment to investing in its talent and capability, ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of private equity while fostering a culture celebrated for discipline and collaboration, benefits that have defined its operations for over 40 years.

As of today, GTCR boasts a workforce of more than 225 employees, including over 110 professionals focusing on investments. With multiple office locations, including Chicago, New York, and West Palm Beach, the firm continues to expand its reach and enhance team dynamics.

Among the notable promotions, Jessica Wang has risen to the role of Managing Director on the Investor Relations team. Since joining GTCR in 2024, her significant contributions have been pivotal in supporting the firm’s global capital-raising initiatives. Notably, she previously served as a Managing Director at L Catterton, where she focused on fundraising and investor relations.

In addition, Michael Lomio has been promoted to Principal on the Investment team after joining GTCR in 2016. He has been instrumental in the firm’s Financial Services and Technology investments and currently serves as Director for several portfolio companies.

Joining him as a Principal in the same team is Lizzie Wintle. She has contributed significantly since her addition in 2022, particularly with the Strategic Growth Fund team, focusing on Financial Services Technology.

Kate O’Linn also advances to Principal on the Debt Capital Markets team, thanks to her remarkable efforts in enhancing direct lending relationships since joining GTCR in 2021. Meanwhile, Mike Rizza's promotion to Principal on the Legal team showcases his valuable contributions to legal, regulatory, and fund operations since his arrival in 2022.

Co-CEOs Dean Mihas and Collin Roche emphasized the importance of their team, stating, "Our people have always been central to GTCR's success. We actively focus on achieving consistent growth while preserving our commitment to investment discipline and collaboration that has guided us for decades. These promotions recognize the impactful contributions from our colleagues, fueling our enthusiasm for their continuing influence in the firm's growth trajectory."

In addition to promotions, GTCR has made key new hires within the Portfolio Resources Group (PRG). Two seasoned professionals joined the team to bolster employee benefits and talent management capabilities. Denis Torlic, who came from Aon, is now a Managing Director working closely with portfolio companies to refine employee benefits strategies. His background includes developing portfolio-wide solutions aimed at supporting value creation.

Sarah Adler has also been welcomed as a Principal within PRG, focusing on portfolio talent and the firm’s Leaders Strategy™. She specializes in executive searches and recruitment, closely collaborating with investment teams across the firm’s portfolio. Sarah has had a decorated career at Egon Zehnder, where she worked on executive placement and consulted on organizational improvements.

Mihas and Roche added, "PRG acts as an extension of our investment teams, leveraging deep expertise and long-standing connections to fulfill company priorities. This effort complements our Leaders Strategy™, allowing us to partner with extraordinary management teams to develop leading market firms. The specialized knowledge Denis and Sarah bring in employee benefits and executive talent reinforces the support we provide across our portfolio."

GTCR has built a reputation for investment excellence since its founding in 1980. With a strategy centered on finding and partnering with management leaders to pinpoint, acquire, and develop market-leading firms through both organic growth and strategic mergers, GTCR has successfully invested over $35 billion since inception and currently manages about $45 billion in equity capital.
