From November 18 to 30, 2025, The Okura Tokyo celebrates an attractive culinary event titled "Shanghai Cuisine Fair." This event will showcase the deep-rooted culinary traditions, history, and innovations of Shanghai, featuring four renowned chefs from three esteemed Shanghai hotels: the Fairmont Peace Hotel, Park Hotel Shanghai, and J Hotel Shanghai Tower.

This extraordinary gastronomic celebration will be hosted at the hotel’s Chinese restaurant, Taoka-Rin, where the four chefs will collaborate to create a lavish dining experience for guests. The fair embodies a cultural exchange between Tokyo and Shanghai, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the rich culinary heritage of the East.
