Buta Nova Zero Kanda Suidobashi Store: A New Destination for Noodle Lovers
Opened in March 2025,
Buta Nova Zero Kanda Suidobashi Store has established itself as a go-to spot for fans of the Jiro-style, soupless ramen. Just six months into operations, the restaurant is continuously evolving its menu and services, attracting a growing number of visitors.
Introduction of the Spicy Soupless Noodles
A significant highlight since the opening is the recent addition of
spicy soupless noodles. Customers can now choose their spice level from five options, ranging from one to five. Usually, the dish is served at a
spice level of two, providing a perfect balance for those who enjoy mild spiciness, while still accommodating those who seek an intense flavor by opting for three or higher. This latest offering is crafted using the restaurant's unique homemade spicy blend, bringing forth both heat and taste.
Limited-Time Menma Soupless Noodles Available Until August 10
In collaboration with the renowned Menma specialty brand
Menma Ya Daimon, Buta Nova Zero is also offering
Menma Soupless Noodles. This limited-time dish allows diners to select from hot or cold preparations, featuring thick menma, the restaurant's special oily sauce, creating a tantalizing junk food experience. The dish truly positions menma as the star attraction in this soupless ramen.
Additionally, the menma featured in these dishes can be enjoyed as a standalone item called
Abura Menma, perfect for snacking or as a topping option. Note that this limited offering will only be available until August 10, so be sure to try it while you can!
A Revamped Vending Machine Experience
The restaurant has transformed its vending machine system, allowing customers to specify toppings such as garlic, oil, caramel sauce, and mayonnaise. This new setup simplifies the ordering process, eliminating the worries that may come with traditional ordering methods, especially for first-time visitors. By ensuring accessibility for everyone, including ramen newcomers, women, and families with children, Buta Nova Zero is fostering a welcoming environment.
Continuous Service from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Buta Nova Zero has adapted to customer needs by introducing continuous operation hours from
11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. This change makes it easier for guests to avoid lunchtime crowds or enjoy an earlier dinner.
For those who prefer to dine at home, the restaurant has also partnered with delivery services like
Uber Eats,
Demaekan, and
Menu, making it possible to enjoy Buta Nova's flavorful dishes from the comfort of your home.
Special Student Discounts Available
Recognizing the proximity to numerous universities, Buta Nova Zero offers exclusive campaigns for students. Presenting a valid student ID grants a complimentary topping of choice, while bringing a friend entitles the student to a free standard soupless noodle dish (limited to one per visit). These special promotions enable students to enjoy quality meals at an affordable price.
