Table Space Appoints Elias Lindenberg to Lead Sales Expansion Across Americas

In a strategic move to strengthen its presence in the United States, Table Space has appointed Elias Lindenberg as the Principal Director of Sales for the Americas. Based out of San Francisco, Lindenberg will work closely with John Hogan, the Chief Sales Officer for the Americas, to cater to the increasing demand for managed office solutions among US enterprises looking to expand their Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India.

Table Space, renowned for providing enterprise-grade managed office solutions, is actively participating in the GCC ecosystem that has remarkably seen the emergence of 2,117 centers as reported in FY26. Moreover, 506 companies from the Forbes Global 2000 list now operate within this framework, showcasing the growth and importance of GCCs in India's economic tapestry. With Lindenberg in San Francisco and Hogan in Chicago, the company is well-positioned to engage with decision-makers in two of the most significant US markets for GCC operations.

Lindenberg brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate and workplace strategy to Table Space. His previous role as Senior Vice President at Colliers involved leading strategies for notable clients such as 3M and SAP. Notably, his career at JLL spanned two decades, during which he successfully managed significant transactions for major corporations, including Cisco Systems and Procter & Gamble. His stint in Chile, where he tripled revenue and quadrupled headcount in just two years, exemplified his ability to drive growth and transformation.

Kunal Mehra, President and Co-CEO of Table Space, remarked, "Elias joins at a moment when the US-India relationship has never been more consequential. His expertise and insight are crucial as we help multinational companies navigate the complexities of real estate decisions in a rapidly evolving market."

Lindenberg reflected on the current trends in the industry, stating, "US companies are moving beyond traditional outsourcing models towards future-proofing their operations with comprehensive strategies. The demand for India-based GCCs is on the rise, and Table Space's managed, enterprise-grade model is perfectly suited to accommodate this shift. We are presented with a unique opportunity to assist companies in enhancing their growth trajectories in India."

Table Space currently oversees more than 11 million square feet of managed office space across 84 centers in nine major Indian cities. The company prides itself on delivering a seamless client experience for over 425 clients, which includes several Fortune 50 and 500 companies. This robust framework allows organizations to access flexible workspace solutions tailored to their business needs.

Through its Enterprise Workspace-as-a-Service (WaaS) model, Table Space not only provides scalable workspace solutions but also manages the full spectrum of workspace-related services, ensuring that clients can focus on their core business objectives without any operational hindrances. As of March 31, 2026, Table Space stands as the largest operator among benchmarked providers in terms of leased area, solidifying its leading position in the Indian enterprise solutions market.

This strategic appointment and the ongoing expansion into the US market reiterate Table Space's commitment to interfacing American enterprises with India's growing GCC landscape, fostering not just business growth but also strengthening bilateral relations that benefit a wider global economy.
