The special autumn menu features a diverse array of
14 dishes, which include 8 signature items reimagined from Akasaka OGINO and 6 exclusive creations for the lounge. Dishes such as
yuba with soy sauce (a Kyoto delicacy),
roasted duck with Kujo leek, and
tuna with egg yolk soy sauce are among the highlights that showcase Chef Ogino’s commitment to using local and seasonal ingredients to emphasize Japanese taste profiles.
