Hama Sushi Opens in Ariake Garden
On October 23, 2025, the new sushi restaurant 'Hama Sushi Ariake Garden' will open its doors in the 2nd floor of the expansive shopping complex known as the Sumitomo Realty Shopping City Ariake Garden, located in the heart of Koto City, Tokyo. Managed by Sumitomo Realty Commercial Management, this facility continues to grow as a culinary and shopping hotspot.
What's Special About Hama Sushi?
'Hama Sushi' introduces a concept focused on offering authentic flavors and experiences reminiscent of the coast. Each aspect of the sushi-making process is meticulously controlled, from the way the ingredients are cured and stored to the slicing done right in the restaurant. The rice, a vital component of sushi, is 100% Japanese-grown. They employ a unique blend of three types of vinegar, including rice vinegar and aged sake kasu vinegar, to ensure a delectable taste that pairs perfectly with the fresh fish. Additionally, a variety of soy sauces are available for customers to enhance their sushi experience.
To keep the menu fresh and exciting, Hama Sushi will frequently introduce limited-time offerings, ensuring visitors can always discover something new with each visit.
