Celebrating a Milestone: 15 Years of Leadership Development Triumph



The Chapman Foundation for Caring Communities (CFCC) proudly commemorates its 15th anniversary this year, a significant milestone that showcases its unwavering dedication to transforming leadership through innovative principles of care, emotional intelligence, and effective communication. Since its inception in 2010 by Bob Chapman, the Chairman and CEO of Barry-Wehmiller, CFCC has evolved into a beacon of hope for organizations striving to foster positive workplace cultures.

As a testament to its commitment to leadership development, CFCC recently celebrated its 1,000th class, which took place in Midland, Michigan, on June 5. This particular session was part of the organization's foundational program called "Our Community Listens," designed to equip leaders with essential human-centered skills that enhance trust and engagement in the workplace. Over the past decade and a half, CFCC has significantly impacted thousands of professionals across the nation, empowering them with the tools needed to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.
