Originating from York University with backing from Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners (TIAP), Bitnobi specializes in privacy-protected data exchange software. Their groundbreaking platform facilitates secure collaboration between data owners and consumers without compromising raw data—an essential capability in today's healthcare environment.

This acquisition marks a significant milestone as it is Myant's fourth strategic move within just six months. Each acquisition reinforces Myant's platform with new technologies, capabilities, and markets, bringing the company closer to its ambitious mission of empowering individuals to live healthier, longer lives through proactive, personalized healthcare solutions.

The acquisition of Bitnobi addresses a critical gap in Myant's strategy regarding secure data exchange. By integrating Bitnobi's proprietary platform, Myant enhances its ability to create a digital human replica—a novel approach to customizing healthcare based on insights from its smart materials solutions.
