On May 25, 2025, the National Memorial Day Concert will celebrate its 36th annual broadcast live from the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol, airing from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM ET on PBS. 2. Gold Star Families Tribute - This poignant segment will celebrate the lives of fallen heroes, featuring the inspiring story of Krista Simpson Anderson, whose husband was killed in Afghanistan, and who carries the legacy of Gold Star families.
3. Vietnam War Heroes - The concert will also recognize the Army Air Ambulance Units, known as Dustoff, under the story of helicopter pilot Col. Otis Evans, showcasing the life-saving missions heroically undertaken during the Vietnam War.

The artistic highlight of the event will be a lineup of captivating performances from various artists, including country music star Scotty Hasting, Grammy-winning gospel legend Yolanda Adams, and acclaimed soprano Angel Blue. The concert will be enhanced by the musical talents of the National Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Jack Everly.

Furthermore, the event will feature collaborative performances from military bands, providing a robust collective salute to armed forces members.
