In a significant move, the quiet luxury brand, Brochu Walker, celebrated the grand unveiling of its first-ever international 'Maison' flagship in the vibrant city of Seoul, South Korea. This milestone event, held last night, attracted a star-studded crowd, including the brand's first Korean ambassador, award-winning actress Cha Joo Young, and famed Korean American violinist Danny Koo, who enthralled guests with a live performance.

Karine Dubner, the brand’s CEO and Chief Creative Officer, expressed her astonishment and gratitude during the VIP opening reception, emphasizing how this new store marks a pivotal chapter in Brochu Walker’s global expansion. This striking 7,152.2 square foot space, designed by the innovative Seoul-based Blurker Design Studio, combines California's quintessential ease with Korea’s rich heritage.

A Blend of Cultures


The design concept is inspired by traditional Korean lacquerware traditions that date back long before the Joseon era. Its architectural layout is marked by a harmonious blend of different natural materials creating a peaceful sanctuary. The store features design elements such as Italian marble, luxurious quartz, and oak, intermingled with traditional Hanji paper, along with stunning red lacquered mirrors and bespoke bronze fittings for a truly unique experience.
