In a significant victory for labor rights, the front desk workers at Park MGM in Las Vegas have successfully ratified their first collective bargaining agreement. Represented by Teamsters Local 986, this collective decision was reached overwhelmingly, showcasing the workers' solidarity and determination. One of the front desk clerks, Andrea Mata, expressed her gratitude regarding the successful negotiations, stating, “Organizing with Local 986 was an easy choice that led to overwhelmingly positive results.
