Century 21 Achieves Milestone with Over $2.6 Million Donated to Easterseals

Century 21 Real Estate LLC has announced a remarkable achievement in its philanthropic efforts. In 2024, the CENTURY 21® System successfully raised over $2.6 million for Easterseals, a prominent organization dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities. This latest contribution brings the total support provided by Century 21 to an impressive $141 million since the partnership between the two organizations commenced in 1979.

This annual charitable initiative reflects a deep-rooted commitment from the CENTURY 21 network, consisting of numerous independent franchises and real estate professionals nationwide. Their dedicated efforts span various fundraising campaigns and events, helping to enhance accessibility to healthcare, education, employment, and mobility for people with disabilities, veterans, and older adults.

Greg Sexton, the Chief Operating Officer of Century 21 Real Estate LLC, expressed pride in their longstanding relationship with Easterseals. He stated, "As we celebrate the 46-year partnership, I am filled with immense pride and gratitude. This collaboration not only showcases our dedication to community service but also emphasizes our collective efforts to empower individuals with disabilities to lead independent and fulfilling lives."

Easterseals President and CEO, Kendra Davenport, acknowledged the significant impact of the CENTURY 21 brand's support. "The efforts put forth by brokers and agents affiliated with Century 21 are crucial in our mission, which revolves around fostering an inclusive world for people with disabilities. From fundraising campaigns to charity events, the CENTURY 21 community has been instrumental in addressing the needs of disabled individuals across North America."

For the 27th consecutive year, the top fundraiser in the CENTURY 21 System was CENTURY 21 Professionals based in Utica, Michigan, which raised nearly $1.5 million through its initiatives. In a testament to their enduring influence, 11 of the top 21 fundraisers in the CENTURY 21 network were Canadian firms, showcasing a robust cross-national commitment to charity.

The success of initiatives like these underscores the importance of community involvement and corporate responsibility, reflecting a strong ethos among real estate professionals. The 'Top 21' North American Fundraisers in 2024 included other notable participants such as CENTURY 21 B.J. Roth Realty Ltd. in Ontario and CENTURY 21 Millennium Inc. in Brampton, among others.

Looking ahead, the CENTURY 21 brand has announced plans for their third annual International Week of Giving, scheduled for July 28 to August 1, 2025. This event will highlight the philanthropic spirit of its global affiliates, further emphasizing their commitment to serving communities at home and abroad.
