AMAMI TERRACE, managed by Ako Kasei Co., Ltd, has been dedicated to promoting the exquisite taste of salt from Akō City, Hyogo Prefecture, since its opening in March 2022. This workshop is strategically scheduled during the renovation period of their main café, allowing participants to still enjoy the learning experience in Tokyo.
