Beats has teamed up with renowned designer Kiko Kostadinov to unveil an exclusive version of the Beats Pill, which will be available starting August 16, 2023. This collaboration marries modern design elements with traditional craftsmanship, showcasing a unique fusion of Kiko's avant-garde style and Beats' iconic sound.

Details of the Collaboration

The special edition speaker, titled the Kiko Kostadinov Beats Pill, features a distinctive color known as Kiko Grey. Priced at 24,800 yen (tax included), these speakers will be sold at KIKO KOSTADINOV locations in Los Angeles and Tokyo. Notably, the Tokyo store will begin selling this remarkable piece on August 16 at 11 AM, while the Los Angeles location will have them available starting August 15.

Kiko Kostadinov is celebrated for his innovative approach to design, deeply rooted in the traditional aesthetics of his Bulgarian heritage. His works incorporate unique geometric patterns and craftsmanship reminiscent of ancient Thracian art. The custom grill of the Beats Pill reflects a modern interpretation of these classical artistic elements. Additionally, the inclusion of a braided lanyard draws inspiration from Bulgarian folklore, embodying the essence of a protective charm.
