  • - In addition, applicants need to reside in Japan and communicate fluently in Japanese.

Purpose of Establishing the Women's Division

The creation of the women’s division within Arneb serves multiple vital purposes:
1. Growing Competitive Scenes: Street Fighter 6 continues to gain global traction, expanding its competitive scene
2. Increasing Female Participation: Despite a rise in female players, there remains a lack of teams that provide a competitive outlet for them.
3. Creating Opportunities: Arneb aims to create a supportive environment where women can thrive in competitive gameplay, streaming, and event participation.

The initiative emphasizes offline team activities, moving away from merely competing in tournaments. Arneb seeks to cultivate talent who can participate across various events and content creation activities, fostering well-rounded development for its players. Notably, there are no restrictions regarding prior professional gaming experience, allowing aspiring players a chance to join and showcase their skills.

A Closer Look at Team Arneb

Founded under LeGAME in January 2022, Arneb has made a name for itself in the e-sports arena. Led by CEO Yudai Muka, the team has already achieved remarkable milestones, such as securing third place globally in Clash Royale and making consecutive appearances in the COA World Championship for Identity V.

The name 'Arneb' derives from the name of a star in the constellation Lepus, and the team has a mascot themed after a rabbit, providing a unique identity in the competitive gaming landscape.

The introduction of a women’s division is not just a step for Arneb but a leap towards inclusivity, aiming to establish a vibrant and diverse competitive landscape. This effort reflects a growing recognition of women's capabilities and contributions to the world of e-sports.

In conclusion, Arneb's new mixed-gender initiative aims to empower aspiring female gamers, creating a space where they can shine, compete, and grow within the thriving e-sports community. This is an invitation not just to compete but to redefine the future of e-sports together.

Stay tuned for further updates on the application process and prepare to join the team in this exciting new chapter for women's e-sports!
