Beginning January 1, 2026, Hotel Metropolitan, proudly led by General Manager Shigeo Ito, introduces the [Citrus Cocktail Selection[D, available at the stylish dining and bar, Ovest. Nestled on the 25th floor, guests can immerse themselves in the breathtaking views of the city from 100 meters up while indulging in two unique cocktails that highlight the vibrant flavors of Japan's winter citrus fruits.

- Hours: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm (last order 9:30 pm) on Sunday through Thursday; 5:30 pm – 11:00 pm (last order 10:30 pm) on Friday and Saturday, as well as on January 1-3.

Signature Cocktails

1. Yasakumon Spritz - Priced at ¥1,900 (image on the left)
This delightful cocktail features a base of [Urasaki[D rice shochu layered with the bittersweet yet refreshing flavor of yasakumon. Its elegant presentation in a wine glass allows guests to fully appreciate the enticing citrus aroma.

2. Yuzu Gimlet - Also priced at ¥1,900 (image on the right)
Infused with vibrant yuzu's fragrant aroma and the gentle sweetness from sake, this cocktail showcases a keen yuzu flavor along with a rich depth enhanced by koji. The combination offers a well-rounded taste that captivates the palate.
