Hama Sushi, a popular 100-yen sushi chain based in the Minato district of Tokyo, is excited to announce the launch of its 'Premium Tuna and Special Neta Festival' starting on January 20th. This exciting event will take place across all of its locations nationwide, although some stores may have different pricing.

At this festival, customers can enjoy the melt-in-your-mouth flavor of 'Minami Maguro O toro' and a sweet-savory delight of 'Kamo Tsukune Gunkan', featuring charcoal-grilled duck meat prepared with a special sauce, all for just 100 yen (tax included: 110 yen). Additionally, attendees can feast on various delectable offerings, including:

• - Hokkaido Sardine (160 yen): A rich and flavorful fish delight.
• - Red Clam Gunkan (160 yen): A dish that deepens in taste with every bite.
• - Fugu Skin with Ankimo Gunkan (160 yen): A luxurious arrangement combining fugu skin and rich ankimo sauce.
• - Ankou Tempura Nigiri (210 yen): A crunchy exterior with a fluffy, tender fish filling.

As part of the series titled 'Blissful Bites', customers can also savor the 'Natural Shrimp Comparison', featuring both red shrimp and sweet, succulent Kuruma shrimp for (290 yen), alongside the renowned 'Kyushu Fugu' prized for its exquisite taste (290 yen).

Moreover, the festival menu includes enticing side dishes such as:

• - Kamo Soba with Tsukune (430 yen): A popular duck noodle dish enhanced by the addition of duck meatballs.
• - Mushroom Cream Chawanmushi (290 yen): Featuring a delightful combination of clam and shimeji mushrooms in a creamy sauce.
• - Hiroshima Oyster Cream Croquettes (270 yen): Three pieces filled with the rich, savory taste of oysters.

To sweeten the deal, Hama Cafe Lab will present a new creation, the 'Three-Layer Cream Fluffy Chocolate Cake' (270 yen), featuring layers of cocoa sponge and chocolate cream finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
