Cellar Beast Winehouse, a renowned winery founded by women and veterans, is set to launch its Winter Pairing Dinner Series in the picturesque surroundings of Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. With an array of exquisite, limited-release wines meticulously paired with culinary delights by local chefs, this series promises unforgettable evenings.

Event Highlights



The Winter Dinner Series kicks off on December 30, 2025, with a “New Year’s Eve Eve” dinner showcasing a four-course menu crafted by Chef Bill Murphy of Ash Chase Culinary. Highlights of this specially curated dinner include:
  • - Crispy Goat Cheese Fritter paired with the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc
  • - She Crab Bisque accompanied by the 2023 Chardonnay Reserve
  • - Roasted Lamb served alongside cranberry risotto and paired with the 2022 “Dark Angel”
  • - Almond Cake with Morello cherries, perfectly matched with Blanc de Noir

With only 45 seats available, the cost of attendance is $124.99. Tickets can be purchased on the winery's website.
