AlphaESS at Green Energy Fair 2026
In a significant showcase of energy storage innovation, AlphaESS presented its cutting-edge solutions at the Green Energy Fair 2026, held from October 28 to 29 in Zagreb, Croatia. This event marked an important milestone for the company, reinforcing its expanding footprint in the Adriatic region's energy landscape.
Growing Energy Storage Needs in the Adriatic Region
The Adriatic region is rapidly evolving into a pivotal market for energy storage, driven by advancements in energy policies, increasing solar energy utilization, and the demand for grid flexibility. AlphaESS has successfully installed over 300 units of its TB125 system (125 kW / 261 kWh) across Croatia, Slovenia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, amassing a total storage capacity exceeding 80 MWh. Notably, more than 100 TB125 units were delivered in Croatia alone in 2026, mainly targeting frequency regulation projects. This reflects the burgeoning role of battery energy storage in supporting grid stability and opening new revenue opportunities. These achievements not only highlight AlphaESS's established regional presence but also underscore its growing capabilities in delivering tailored energy storage solutions to meet local market demands.
Comprehensive Energy Storage Solutions
At the tradeshow, AlphaESS revealed a diverse range of energy storage solutions catering to residential, commercial, industrial, and utility-scale applications. For residential needs, the company showcased its SMILE-G3-S6 and SMILE-G3-T10 models, which provide flexible single-phase and three-phase solutions. These systems leverage intelligent energy management features, expandable battery capacity, and reliable backup power, enabling homeowners to maximize their solar energy usage and optimize electricity costs to suit evolving energy needs.
For commercial and industrial sectors, AlphaESS displayed its proven TB125 model and, for the first time in Croatia, introduced the new STORION-LC-TB150 model. This model boasts a dual liquid cooling system and PCS (Power Conversion System), offering a round-trip efficiency of 91.7%, a temperature deviation of ≤3 °C, and noise levels ≤65 dB(A). With a 20% higher output and an estimated energy delivery over its lifecycle exceeding 230 MWh compared to similar systems, this solution combines peak performance with multi-layered safety features.
To meet utility company demands, AlphaESS revealed an extensive portfolio of large-capacity energy storage systems, demonstrating its capabilities in renewable energy integration and grid flexibility. The highlight was the introduction of the new Aster 6260 model, which offers enhanced energy density. With its proven turnkey solutions, AlphaESS supports a variety of project requirements with scalable and reliable energy storage systems.
Building Strong Regional Partnerships for Sustainable Growth
In addition to hardware solutions, AlphaESS offers its proprietary Energy Management System (EMS) and cloud platform that facilitate intelligent energy optimization and system operation efficiency. Since establishing a presence in Europe in 2015, the company has also been providing regional partners with technical training, installation guidance, and after-sales support.
Based on its extensive project experience and comprehensive solutions, AlphaESS remains committed to strengthening partnerships and accelerating the deployment of energy storage systems throughout the Adriatic region.
