This campaign's central theme, 'My individuality becomes my strength,' aims to empower students in expressing their uniqueness during the job-hunting process, encouraging them to break away from traditional ideas of self-presentation.
Direct Recruiting Services: A Growing Trend
As the job market faces a shortage of workers, companies are increasingly leaning towards 'direct recruiting services'. This method allows employers to reach out directly to potential candidates by accessing databases that include vital information about students, such as their university affiliations and areas of interest. As more companies opt for the service, the cumulative number of firms utilizing ONE CAREER climbs past 2,000.
Challenges in Presentation:
Despite the rising complexity of recruitment methods, ONE CAREER and Adobe have identified a significant issue in how students present themselves: predominantly text-based approaches that often lack creativity. Recognizing the need for improvement, the two organizations have taken steps to enhance students’ creative skills while job hunting.
Enhancing Self-Presentation with Adobe Express
Since March 2024, ONE CAREER and Adobe have been collaborating to facilitate students' creative expression. This partnership led to an updated job application process where students can combine various forms of media, including text, images, and graphics, using Adobe Express—a comprehensive content creation app. As a result, candidates can craft dynamic self-presentation sheets that authentically showcase their individuality.
By uploading these presentation sheets to their profiles on ONE CAREER, candidates can not only attract the attention of prospective employers but also engage with companies utilizing the recruitment cloud 'ONE CAREER CLOUD' to scout potential hires.
Campaign Features and Promotion
The 'ES Liberation Declaration' campaign will proudly feature 18 newly recruited employees from ONE CAREER, who joined in April 2025. This initiative embodies the message that creative self-presentation leads to optimal job matching. The campaign will include a web commercial and outdoor advertisements, with visuals showcasing the diverse backgrounds of new recruits, reinforcing the powerful idea that one's unique traits are valuable assets.
