The Ioebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival is set to be a spectacular event this year, taking place from October 30 to November 1, 2026. The event is organized by the Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival Executive Committee comprising firms like Dwango, Animate, Hakosta, and Sunshine City alongside Toshima City. Notably, ticket sales will begin on September 4, 2026, at 5:00 PM.

One of the highlights will be the main stage set up in Nakai Ikebukuro Park. Attendees can enjoy a variety of engaging activities, such as:

Around 400 cosplayers will walk the red carpet stretching from Sunshine 60 Street to Animate Street, accompanied by live music from the Tokyo Toshima High School Brass Band. This vibrant parade enhances the excitement and sweeps the crowd into a whirlwind of energy.
