To qualify, businesses must fill out a contact form indicating their interest in the 30th Anniversary Support Campaign.

Significance of Team Task Management
An internal simulation at Suit has revealed that a company with 30 employees spends approximately 1.19 million yen monthly due to the time taken for task progress checks. This emphasizes the financial burden that arises from inefficient task management, especially for SMEs (small to medium enterprises). By utilizing Suit Up and enhancing the visibility of team tasks, businesses can significantly improve their productivity and reduce operational costs.
A recent survey by Nulab highlights that only 11.7% of respondents from companies with fewer than 1,000 employees use specialized task management tools. Instead, 31.2% rely on emails or calendar functions, and 25.2% opt for Excel or spreadsheets. This indicates a pressing need for tools like Suit Up that streamline collaborative task management and fortify organizational workflows.
Elevating SMEs Through Structured Management
Many SMEs reaching their 30th anniversary have already established stable business models. By incorporating effective team task management into their operations, these companies can boost their capabilities, transition to mid-tier status, and potentially evolve into large corporations. This transformation is crucial for Japan's overall economic growth.
The 30th Anniversary Support Campaign is designed to encourage these businesses to experience the effectiveness of Suit Up firsthand, thereby empowering them in their journey toward operational excellence.
Key Features of Suit Up
The management cloud platform, Suit Up, promises ease of use and daily maintenance essential for collaborative project and task management. Employing a user-friendly interface similar to spreadsheet software, Suit Up aims to prevent task omissions and overdue deadlines by visualizing team operations.
Launched in alpha in September 2023 and entering beta testing in April 2024, Suit Up boasts functionalities that prioritize organization, communication, and analysis while introducing features like task templates and notification systems—capabilities not found in traditional spreadsheet tools.
Pricing is structured to accommodate various organizational sizes. The Standard Plan is set at 1,080 yen per user per month, while smaller organizations (up to 10 users) enjoy a reduced Starter Plan at just 500 yen per user per month. Capitalizing on the beta phase, Suit is waiving initial setup fees until June 30, 2025.
