Free Seminar on Employment Management for Specified Skills
BEENOS HR Link, a subsidiary of BEENOS Inc., is hosting a free seminar aimed at companies employing individuals under the specified skills framework. Scheduled for July 18, 2025, this seminar will educate attendees on the fundamentals of the specified skills system and discuss how companies can manage their support services internally.
The seminar will cover the basic structure of the specified skills system and the necessary preparations and support tasks required to utilize this framework effectively. Participants will learn about the advantages and pitfalls of conducting support services in-house rather than outsourcing them. To enhance the learning experience, the seminar will include real-world examples drawn from BEENOS HR Link’s extensive consulting experience.
