This fifth installment of the Kyushu Noodle Tour is perfectly timed for the colder months, emphasizing hearty meals that warm the soul. The Ajisen Ramen supervised Tonkotsu Ramen, priced at ¥554 (tax included ¥598), features a rich pork bone broth blended with the unique flavors of Ajisen Ramen’s signature glass soup and aromatic black garlic oil. Each bowl contains succulent toppings of chashu, wood ear mushrooms, and crispy fried garlic, promising a comforting meal that is both flavorful and satisfying.

The second star of the event, the Kyushu Chicken Breast Tempura Udon, also priced at ¥554 (tax included ¥598), pays homage to Oita's culinary treasure, the tempura. This udon dish showcases a broth crafted from sardine flakes and infused with shiitake extract and mirin for a depth of flavor. It’s topped with tender fried chicken breast seasoned with soy sauce, garlic, and ginger, alongside kamaboko for added texture. Both dishes emphasize quality ingredients and are crafted to deliver an authentic taste of Kyushu’s beloved noodle dishes.

To sweeten the deal during this promotional period, Family Mart is offering an exciting bonus.
