Joanie L. Zimmer joins Allied Title from Rocket Close, LLC, where she served as the Vice President of National Commercial Counsel for nearly a decade. In her previous role, she was instrumental in leading a national commercial closing team while also offering underwriting counsel support. Additionally, she managed the Cleveland, Ohio office and adeptly handled complex commercial transactions across all 50 states.

Zimmer's career began with Chicago Title Insurance Company, where she first entered the world of commercial escrow. Following her time there, she earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. Afterward, she practiced commercial real estate in Cincinnati, where she gained experience in both title insurance and real estate transactions. Her journey then took her back to Cleveland, where she maintained a private law practice specializing in residential and commercial real estate law.

In addition to her impressive career achievements, Joanie is a former president of the Cleveland chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), an organization dedicated to promoting the advancement of women in commercial real estate.
