HASHLE Introduces Winter-Themed Waffles Starting January 2026

Experience the Magic of Winter with HASHLE's New Waffles

As winter settles in, HASHLE, the beloved establishment known for its Belgian waffles and chocolate drinks, is perfectly capturing the essence of the season with a delightful new product launch. From January 1, 2026, to February 14, 2026, HASHLE will introduce two seasonal waffle flavors that promise to warm your heart and delight your taste buds.

A Taste of Winter

The new winter-themed offerings include the Apple Cinnamon Liège Waffle and the Strawberry Mascarpone Hashle Waffle. Both creations are designed to complement the cold winter days, providing comforting flavors that resonate with the season.

Apple Cinnamon Liège Waffle

The first of the duo, the Apple Cinnamon Liège Waffle, is an exquisite treat made using Hokkaido fermented butter blended into the batter. The addition of tart dried apples incites a balance of sweetness and tang that is further enhanced by a generous sprinkle of cinnamon sugar atop the crispy exterior. It’s a waffle that embodies the classic warm flavors of winter, making it a perfect snack to enjoy while wrapping up in a cozy blanket on a chilly evening. This delectable waffle will be priced at 280 yen.

Strawberry Mascarpone Hashle Waffle

Next up, we have the Strawberry Mascarpone Hashle Waffle, which adds a pop of color and flavor to HASHLE’s winter menu. Wrapped in dough, the waffle features a luscious combination of diced strawberry cream and mascarpone cheese, each bite revealing the exciting bursts of flavor from the strawberry chocolate and raspberry toppings. It’s not only visually appealing but also a fruity explosion that is sure to become a winter favorite, priced at 360 yen.

In addition to these new releases, don’t miss out on the Chocolat Orange Hashle Waffle, available since November 16. Filled with a subtly boozy dark chocolate cream that incorporates orange peel, this treat is drizzled with chocolate and topped with pistachios, creating an elegant finish for the holiday season. It is priced at 330 yen and available until February 14, 2026.

Mini Waffle Selection

To further entice waffle enthusiasts, HASHLE will also introduce limited-time mini waffles. The Strawberry Chocolate Mini Waffle, covered in strawberry chocolate, and the White Chocolate Mini Waffle, are also set to launch on January 1, 2026, bringing scrumptiousness at just 140 yen each. They are perfect for a quick sweet treat or to share with friends.
