With the involvement of 28 local breweries, this initiative is set to create special monthly events that introduce visitors to the distinctiveness of each sake house.
Monthly Collaboration Project Launch
The first collaboration kicks off with the esteemed "Miyazaki Brewery" from Kimitsu City. This exciting venture emphasizes the celebration of Chiba's alcoholic beverages, delivering a blend of tasting sessions and exquisite culinary pairings to guests. The activities that form part of this collaboration will commence with a unique tasting event featuring the brewery's representatives on May 1, 2026, and will offer limited pairing sets during the Golden Week, highlighting the exquisite interplay between local food and exceptional sake.
Rich Culinary Experiences Await
From April 23, a revamped lunch menu themed "Chiba to Savor" has rolled out, featuring dishes that emphasize locally sourced ingredients and fermented products from the breweries. These changes aim to heighten the sensory experience, allowing patrons to enjoy the flavors of Boso while learning about the artisan stories behind each brew.

Exclusive Tasting Event: On May 1, Miyazaki Brewery’s representatives will be present during dinner service from 5 PM onwards. Attend to gain insights about the crafting processes and savor selected brews directly from the source.

- "Makoake Junmai Daiginjo" paired with Kazusa Wagyu roast beef sushi.
