Tendon Tenya Introduces Winter Limited Menu
From November 13, 2025, Tendon Tenya, a renowned tempura and tendon specialty restaurant under the Royal Group, will roll out an exclusive winter menu that celebrates seasonal ingredients.
Indulgent Crab and Fugu Tendon
Tendon Tenya's standout offering this winter features a luxurious bowl of tendon showcasing both the flavors of
snow crab and
fugu (pufferfish). The tempura preparation enhances the inherent sweetness of the crab and the unique, bouncy texture of the fugu, delivering an exquisite dining experience. Accompanied by a vibrant garnish of
Shungiku (garland chrysanthemum) and
Benishin Daikon (red heart daikon), alongside classic shrimp and lotus root, this dish promises both visual appeal and delightful taste. Note that only processed and prepared
fugu will be used to ensure safety.
Unique Soba with Sweet Leeks and Shellfish
For soba lovers, the
Small Buka and Soft Leek Tempura Soba is a must-try. Featuring the tender and rich-flavored
Yuawarato Neegi (soft leek) from Tochigi Prefecture along with flavorful
Itaya shellfish, this dish is served over fragrant domestic seaweed tempura. Customers can select cold soba for a refreshing meal, with options to choose hot udon or soba based on preference. The side of grated daikon and yuzu adds a refreshing kick, perfectly complementing the tempura.
