The expansion signifies a pivotal milestone in FaverGray's long-term strategic vision, which has been in the works for several years. With an upward trend in employee growth, the necessity for additional capacity led to reimagining the office space to better serve the growing team. President Ben Hinson shared, "As FaverGray continues to grow, we wanted our office to grow with us. We took our time with this expansion to create a representation of who we are as a company. This new environment will foster collaboration and connection while facilitating gatherings that our team values."

Thoughtfully Designed Spaces

The newly renovated space introduces an array of private offices, collaborative areas, specialized meeting rooms, and inviting indoor-outdoor gathering spaces. Designed by renowned architect James Dupree, in partnership with Nesting Place Interiors, the expansion connects seamlessly with the existing brick headquarters while introducing a fresh, contemporary aesthetic.

Visitors are met at an airy entry gate and a signature orange door emblazoned with the FaverGray logo. Beyond the entrance lies a spacious 1,865 square foot outdoor courtyard and lounge. Featuring modern furniture, lush landscaping, and statement lighting, this area serves as a dedicated venue where employees can engage and unwind. A central island anchors the courtyard, providing a venue for company lunches, celebrations, or informal gatherings like the regular food truck days that FaverGray hosts.

Hinson emphasizes the importance of creating spaces that cater not only to significant events but also to the everyday connections that shape workplace culture. He explains, "Sometimes it's just about everyone stepping away from their desks to enjoy lunch together. These moments contribute significantly to our sense of community."

Inside, the expansion opens into a welcoming employee lounge adorned with contemporary, comfortable furnishings. A state-of-the-art conference room features a live-edge meeting table, chic seating arrangements, and windows that allow natural light to pour into the workspace, offering glimpses of the nearby coastal views.

A Focus on Community

Offices have been strategically distributed throughout the expansion area to promote interaction and collaboration among team members, while a kitchenette that boasts cold brew coffee on tap serves as an additional casual meeting point. A rear stairwell provides direct access to the original headquarters, enabling seamless connectivity between the old and new spaces.

This project's completion not only demonstrates FaverGray's commitment to its employees but also reflects its dedication to Jacksonville Beach, where the company has planted its roots while growing its business over the last two decades.
