Meet the New Providers

Dr. Kimberly Werner Billet, MD, FAAD

A board-certified dermatologist with a notable background in medicine, military service, and research, Dr. Billet graduated summa cum laude from William & Mary in Neuroscience before earning her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Following her training at Walter Reed and the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium, she provided dermatologic care to U.S. military communities. Dr. Billet, who is fluent in Korean, offers evidence-based, personalized care, combining her extensive experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology to meet patients' diverse needs.

Dr. Seema Daulat, MD, FAAD

Also a board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Daulat specializes in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. A graduate of UT Southwestern Medical School, she completed a prestigious fellowship in cutaneous oncology at MD Anderson Cancer Center and was Chief Resident during her dermatology residency at UT Houston/MD Anderson. Raised in Dallas, Dr. Daulat is committed to enhancing local access to dermatologic care.

Dr. Jay Patel, MD, PhD

Dr. Patel brings a wealth of knowledge as a physician-scientist and dermatologist. He earned his MD/PhD through the renowned Medical Scientist Training Program at Baylor College of Medicine. His clinical interests span complex medical dermatology, surgical dermatology, and skin cancer care, with a focus on underserved populations. Dr. Patel has a strong commitment to research and patient care, frequently publishing in leading journals.

Nancy Lee, FNP-C

An experienced Dermatology Nurse Practitioner, Nancy Lee has over 15 years of patient care experience. Starting her career in neonatal intensive care, she transitioned to dermatology in 2019 and is recognized for her results-driven, personalized approach to treatment. She has successfully catered to high-profile clients, including local celebrities, and is passionate about blending medical dermatology and aesthetics.

Heather McFadden, PA-C

With more than a decade of experience in dermatology, Heather McFadden is a board-certified Physician Assistant known for her patient-centered care. After earning her Master of Physician Associate Studies from the University of Oklahoma, she refined her skills in medical and procedural dermatology and has completed a Diplomate Fellowship with the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
