Starting from November 1, 2025, the Keirin Restaurant at Hotel Metropolitan invites diners to indulge in a culinary celebration called the 'Nagasaki Fair'. This month-long event will showcase four unique dishes that incorporate the fresh seafood and meats which are a hallmark of Nagasaki's vibrant food culture. Each dish is masterfully enhanced with the essence of Keirin's culinary expertise, offering guests an unforgettable dining experience.

The fair will feature a selection of exquisite local dishes sourced directly from Nagasaki, allowing guests to sample the rich cultural influences that shape this area's cuisine. Here are the highlights from the specially curated menu:

1. Nagasaki Buri Lemon Steak with Sweet and Spicy Sauce - Priced at ¥3,000, this innovative dish reinterprets the beloved Nagasaki-style lemon steak using locally sourced buri (yellowtail). The steak is sautéed to perfection, allowing the rich flavors of the fish to shine through while the tartness of lemon adds a refreshing touch. For those who prefer an extra kick, the dish can be complemented with a unique garlic-flavored sweet and spicy sauce crafted by Keirin.
