Hottayu, the beloved public bathhouse located in Nishiarai, Adachi-ku, Tokyo, will mark its 4th anniversary on April 26, 2026. To celebrate this milestone, a week-long festival will run from April 24 to April 30, 2026, featuring a variety of engaging content and special offerings that highlight the unique experience of enjoying baths and saunas.

Event Highlights



1. Yoshinoya Kitchen Car: "Dream Orange Collaboration!"


One of the most exciting highlights of the event is the appearance of Yoshinoya’s kitchen car, which will be making its first visit to the Nishiarai area. For this limited time, guests can enjoy freshly made beef bowls (gyudon) right after their bath, creating a unique dining experience. This collaboration brings together the iconic orange colors of Yoshinoya and Hottayu, offering an innovative post-bath treat. The kitchen car operates daily from 17:00 to 20:00.

2. Limited Edition TTNE Collaboration Merchandise


In partnership with the popular sauna brand TTNE, Hottayu will offer exclusive merchandise designed just for this occasion. Special items include sauna hats, T-shirts, and sandals, all featuring an original logo created for the anniversary. Available in limited quantities, these items are expected to sell out quickly. The product lineup includes:

  • - White and black T-shirts in sizes M, L, and XL
  • - Black sauna sandals available in sizes 25cm and 28cm

In addition to TTNE collaboration items, Hottayu will unveil various original merchandise. This includes practical daily-use items, as well as trendy puffy stickers. Established in 1942, Hottayu is a longstanding public bathhouse in Nishiarai, Adachi-ku, having served the neighborhood for over 80 years. In 2022, it underwent a major renovation under the concept of "Warming this Town," introducing features such as a herbal sauna inspired by traditional tea rooms, a 160cm deep cold bath, and an outdoor bath. Hottayu continues to evolve as a blend of tradition and innovation, and it was recognized as the top public bath in Japan in 2026. Moreover, there are plans to open a new location in the Kamimeguro area in autumn 2026.
