GCAPP Completes Impact 2025 Strategic Plan

In a significant achievement for youth health initiatives, the Georgia Campaign for Adolescent Power & Potential (GCAPP) proudly reports the successful completion of its five-year strategic plan known as Impact 2025. Launched in 2021, this ambitious initiative was designed to enhance the health and well-being of adolescents throughout Georgia, and the results have been nothing short of impressive.

With a goal to empower young individuals to make informed, healthy life choices, GCAPP's Impact 2025 has reached an astounding 637,841 adolescents across the state. This outreach was made possible through the establishment of 133 new partnerships and collaborative efforts in 80 counties.
