About Paula Watanabe

Paula Watanabe, who graduated from a university in Canada in 2023, joined One Career as an SRE right after graduation. She has been instrumental in promoting SLI/SLO culture, establishing infrastructure monitoring systems, and improving infrastructure architecture using AWS and Terraform. Currently, she is responsible for the SRE and development of One Career's recruitment management system (ATS) aimed at employers.
