SmallRig Unveils Innovative Imaging Solutions at NAB Show 2026

During the recent NAB Show 2026, held in Las Vegas, SmallRig introduced a remarkable array of scenario-driven imaging solutions aimed at enhancing production workflows for creators. Among the standout offerings was a mounted multi-camera solution designed for off-road vehicles, tailored specifically for challenging outdoor environments. This comprehensive setup incorporates multiple action cameras, allowing creators to capture footage from various angles while ensuring stability in rugged conditions.

SmallRig's booth at the event was strategically designed around critical production scenarios, highlighting the company's commitment to integrating equipment directly into real-world production environments. Visitors had the opportunity to engage with the showcased solutions as they would in their own creative processes, making for an immersive experience. The exhibit featured six main areas: an off-road vehicle, a camera cart, a tripod section, the DreamRig customization zone, battery and lighting setups, and a creator service station. Each area represented diverse content creation scenarios, from professional filmmaking and outdoor adventures to vlogging and live broadcasting. Notably, the booth displayed accessories from the DJI Osmo Pocket 4 ecosystem, a portable RF 20C LED video light, the TRIBEX monopod, and a camera cart.

The DJI Osmo Pocket 4 stands out with its integrated features for power, audio, control, and versatile mounting options, supporting multi-camera configurations and outdoor shooting while offering a blend of portability and creative flexibility. To further enhance the experience for attendees, SmallRig established a ‘creator service station’ on-site, providing essential services such as device charging, equipment lending, and hands-on product demonstrations. This initiative not only facilitated direct feedback from creators but allowed SmallRig to gather valuable insights into user needs, influencing future product development.

This focus on co-creation is part of SmallRig's broader strategy, incorporating user collaborations into the design process through initiatives like the DreamRig customization program and co-creation partnerships within the industry. By actively engaging with creators, SmallRig ensures that real-world needs are integrated directly into their product development cycle, fostering a continuous loop of concept to iteration. To date, the company has collaborated with over 1,700 creators worldwide, developing more than 2,700 co-created products, all supported by a responsive supply chain that accelerates product development and deployment.

As the industry continues to evolve, creators are increasingly working in multi-scenario environments where tools must adapt to various production requirements. By participating in NAB Show 2026, SmallRig reinforces this evolution, emphasizing scenario-based workflow solutions over individual products. This approach illustrates how multiple tools can work in harmony within an integrated production system, catering to the diverse demands of content creators today.
