Experience the Exciting Summer Kids Festival 2025 at Tokyo Dome City

Welcome to the Summer Kids Festival 2025

The Summer Kids Festival 2025 is set to be held at the magnificent Tokyo Dome City Prism Hall on July 19th and 20th. This year, the festival is coming back with even more excitement as over 20 companies will participate. Last year, the event welcomed approximately 4,000 visitors, showcasing the enthusiasm and interest from families in engaging learning experiences.

Event Highlights

One of the festival’s main attractions is the variety of hands-on workshops designed to make learning about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) enjoyable for children and parents alike. This year marks the third participation of Daiichi Engei Co., Ltd., a leading company in flower and greenery services in Japan.

Daiichi Engei will showcase unique workshops where participants can learn to create beautiful dried flower decorations using flowers that are typically discarded due to imperfections, like broken stems or damaged petals. This initiative not only provides a creative outlet but also emphasizes the importance of sustainability.

The festival is aimed at making cherished family memories during the summer break while fostering an interest in sustainability among children. By engaging in various activities, children can relate the importance of SDGs to their own lives, helping them understand how they can contribute to a better world.

Additionally, the following weekend, there will be related events in the Nihonbashi area, where even more companies will provide learning opportunities for children.

Workshop at Daiichi Engei Booth

At the Daiichi Engei booth, participants will have the chance to transform discarded flowers into stunning dried flower arrangements in glass cylinders, allowing families to create lovely decor that lasts. The workshop aims to demonstrate how even seemingly unusable items can be repurposed creatively, contributing positively to both our daily lives and the environment.

Panels showcasing Daiichi Engei's sustainability efforts will also be exhibited at the booth, along with art flower decorations to inspire and engage attendees. Parents and children are encouraged to unleash their creativity and connect with sustainability in innovative ways during this event.

Tickets for workshops are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and advance reservations are highly recommended due to limited capacity.
