Introduction to Dining Etiquette at Cucagno

At the renowned Tower Restaurant Cucagno, located on the 40th floor of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo, a distinctive experience awaits those preparing to enter formal social settings. From October 1, 2025, the restaurant invites individuals and groups to partake in a special offering that combines exquisite cuisine with crucial dining etiquette training, led by certified and seasoned professionals.

The Dining Experience

This initiative aims at providing guests—whether they’re preparing for marriage ceremonies, formal receptions, or important business meetings—with a thorough understanding of both basic and advanced Western dining etiquettes. The lead instructor, Yoshinori Takahashi, a Master Instructor of Western Dining Etiquette, will guide the participants through each step with clarity and care. Over the course of the evening or afternoon, guests will savor a full-course meal while learning the necessary skills to shine in any formal situation.

As a gesture of support for those embarking on their professional journeys, the restaurant’s aim is to bestow not just culinary delights but also essential social skills. Participants can expect a beautifully structured experience, ensuring that they feel confident when stepping into formal environments.
