At the renowned Tower Restaurant Cucagno, located on the 40th floor of the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel in Tokyo, a distinctive experience awaits those preparing to enter formal social settings. From October 1, 2025, the restaurant invites individuals and groups to partake in a special offering that combines exquisite cuisine with crucial dining etiquette training, led by certified and seasoned professionals.
The Dining Experience
This initiative aims at providing guests—whether they’re preparing for marriage ceremonies, formal receptions, or important business meetings—with a thorough understanding of both basic and advanced Western dining etiquettes. The lead instructor, Yoshinori Takahashi, a Master Instructor of Western Dining Etiquette, will guide the participants through each step with clarity and care. Over the course of the evening or afternoon, guests will savor a full-course meal while learning the necessary skills to shine in any formal situation.
As a gesture of support for those embarking on their professional journeys, the restaurant’s aim is to bestow not just culinary delights but also essential social skills. Participants can expect a beautifully structured experience, ensuring that they feel confident when stepping into formal environments.
Program Details
- - Availability: Starting from October 1, 2025 (except from December 13 to January 5 and during special events)
- - Dining Times:
- Lunch: 11:30 AM–3:00 PM
- Dinner: 5:30 PM–8:00 PM
- A drink plus a seasonal course featuring appetizers, soups, fish dishes, meats, desserts, coffee, and small confections.
- A comprehensive dining etiquette workshop conducted by restaurant staff.
- - Cost: 15,000 JPY per person (reservations for groups of 2 to 10 only)
- - Reservations: Must be made in advance by 3 PM the day before by calling 03-3476-3404.
Please note that due to legal regulations, alcohol service is not available for drivers or guests under 20 years old. Guests with food allergies are encouraged to inform the hotel staff prior to dining. For larger groups of 11 or more, please consult the restaurant directly. The displayed fees also include a 15% service charge and a 10% consumption tax.

Yoshinori Takahashi
As an expert at the Tower Restaurant Cucagno, Yoshinori Takahashi has dedicated his career to not only mastering the art of dining service but also nurturing the future generation of hospitality professionals. His journey began in 2002 at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu, where he gained essential qualifications while fostering the growth of subsequent talent. In 2025, he transitioned to Cucagno, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge from various prestigious certifications.
