In a major step towards scaling up its uranium enrichment capabilities, Centrus Energy (NYSE: LEU) has entered into a strategic alliance with Fluor (NYSE: FLR), which is set to serve as the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor for Centrus' expansive project in Piketon, Ohio.
