As the days grow warmer, LAZULI PLACE, located in Utsunomiya's THE KNOT UTSUNOMIYA, is set to delight visitors with a selection of new seasonal parfaits and special bakery items starting from June 20, 2026. The newly introduced parfaits will take center stage, featuring meticulously selected Tochigi melons and other ripe fruits, creating a refreshing gastronomic experience just in time for summer.
Seasonal Parfaits to Savor
The highlight of the new offerings is the
Tochigi Melon Reward Parfait, priced at 1,980 yen (tax included). This limited-time dessert showcases the succulent melons from Tochigi's Haga region, selected for their peak flavor at the time of service. Each parfait incorporates a delightful blend of melon varieties and hints of aromatic vanilla, allowing the fresh, juicy essence of the fruit to shine through. This parfait will be available exclusively during cafe hours from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM and again during night meal hours from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM until mid-July.
Accompanying this treat is the
Seven Ripe Fruits Feast Parfait, also priced at 1,980 yen. This colorful parfait bursts with a medley of in-season fruits, mainly sourced from Tochigi, integrating diverse flavors and textures into one exquisite dish. Guests can indulge in this extraordinary dessert during cafe hours, making it another exciting offering at LAZULI PLACE.
Furthermore, from mid-July, patrons can look forward to new parfait iterations featuring local peaches and Shine Muscat grapes. The changing fruit selection ensures a unique taste experience every time.

Alongside the delectable parfaits, LAZULI BAKERY is unveiling a selection of six recommended new items that showcase seasonal ingredients. Among these is the
Yakisoba Bread, incorporating yakisoba from Ishikawa Seimen located in Kanuma City, neatly tucked into a brioche bun along with pickled ginger and mayonnaise – a perfect embodiment of Tochigi's local flavors.
Also on the menu is the
Ultimate Mentai French Bread, a crusty baguette enriched with a savory mentai butter blend. Additionally, guests can enjoy interpretations of brioche featuring baked apples and blueberries, showcasing the delicious combination of custard and mascarpone.
