During this three-day event, Canon will set up the "Canon-powered Serious Shooting Area," where attendees can enjoy hands-on photography sessions with well-known cosplayers. The location, Ikebukuro's Ikebukuro East Entrance Area, will become a haven for both aspiring photographers and dedicated fans alike, providing an unparalleled opportunity to capture stunning images of characters brought to life.

Serious Cosplayer Shooting

This is your chance to photograph six renowned cosplayers, boasting a combined social media following of over 2.7 million! Attendees can use the latest mirrorless cameras and lenses offered by Canon. The images you shoot are yours to keep – a perfect souvenir from an unforgettable experience!

Participating Cosplayers:

• - October 25 (Saturday): Sakurai-san, Kureha Rio-san, Tsukimi Tsukune-san
• - October 26 (Sunday): Miyamoto Saki-san, Shinozaki Kokoro-san, Ei Rina-san

Camera Equipment Available for Use:

• - EOS R5 Mark II
• - EOS R6 Mark II
• - RF100-300mm F2.8 L IS USM, among others

• - Requirements: Register for a Canon ID; bring an SD card and a photo ID if you wish to borrow equipment.

Serious VR Shooting

For those keen on exploring new dimensions, Canon will also offer a VR shooting experience tailored for beginners and experts alike. Supervised by renowned cosplayer photographer Tatsuya Ida, this session promises to be a thrilling introduction to VR photography, complete with a special lecture by Ida himself!
