Starting April 24, 2025, the popular grilled meat restaurant chain, 'Yakitateno Karubi', will roll out a scrumptious limited-time menu featuring three new dishes inspired by Kyoto's famous Kyujyo Negi (a type of green onion). This seasonal offering will delight food lovers across Japan.

New Dishes


The new menu features the following three dishes:

1. Kyoto Kyujyo Negi Garlic Miso Kalbi Don
- Pricing: Normal: 750 yen, Small: 650 yen, Large: 1,010 yen
This dish includes a generous portion of the fresh and sweet Kyoto Kyujyo Negi combined with a rich garlic miso sauce. Its glorious taste will keep you coming back for more.

2. Kyoto Kyujyo Negi Umasio Kalbi Don
- Pricing: Normal: 750 yen, Small: 650 yen, Large: 1,010 yen
Featuring the same crisp and flavorful Kyujyo Negi, this bowl is topped with a unique umami salt sauce. A squeeze of lemon adds a refreshing touch for a satisfying meal.

3. Spicy Tantan Cold Noodles
- Pricing: Standalone: 790 yen, Add to any rice bowl: +430 yen
These cold noodles are dressed with a spicy sesame broth that adds a creamy consistency. The meat miso can be mixed in for a layered flavor experience.

Availability


These limited-time dishes will be available from April 24, 2025, until early June 2025, and can be enjoyed in all Yakitateno Karubi locations throughout Japan. Customers can opt for dine-in, takeout, and various delivery services, although some services may not be available at all locations. Please note that takeout orders will incur a 30 yen container fee. Prices are inclusive of tax and may be subject to change.
