On the first day of the tournament, rain affected the venue, but Raquty Pro's advanced planning allowed for flexible operations. The organizing committee had prepared two operational plans—one for fair weather and another for rain—registered in the system beforehand. Just ten minutes before the match start, a decision was taken to switch to the rain schedule. Thanks to Raquty Pro's ability to adapt accordingly, the tournament proceeded on time without confusion.

These real-time updates were communicated instantly to the guest site, ensuring that everyone present could track which matches were moving to different courts, fostering an organized environment even in poor weather conditions.
