In September, they are serving eight distinctive dishes that showcase the flavors of autumn.

Standouts include the highly sought-after sanma (Pacific saury), with its rich flavor and buttery texture, and the aromatic katsuo no tataki (seared skipjack tuna), which is grilled with straw to enhance its natural taste and produce a visually appealing dish perfect for Instagram.
