Celebrating Excellence: Three Shake Engineers Achieve Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer 2026 Award



Recently, it was announced that five engineers from Three Shake have been selected as recipients of the prestigious Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer 2026 award. This accolade is presented by Google Cloud Japan, recognizing engineers affiliated with partner companies who demonstrate exceptional technical expertise and hold Google Cloud certification.

The Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer program began in 2021, aiming to honor skilled engineers who have made significant contributions to Google Cloud-related projects and solutions. Engineers are evaluated based on various criteria, including the number of Google Cloud certifications held, contributions to outreach efforts, and dedication to the growth of Google Cloud’s business. Award Recipients

Keita Sato (佐藤 慧太)


Department: Solutions 4, Sreake Division
3rd Consecutive Year Award Recipient

“I am immensely grateful for being awarded for the third consecutive year as a Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer. Thanks to the support of my family and company, I have been able to engage in this work. I will continue to act as a proud Google Cloud engineer.”


Keita joined Three Shake in January 2023, focusing on reducing customer toil through generating AI and application development support. He is also actively involved in the Jagu'e'r cloud-native subcommittee.

Naoki Nakadate (中楯 直希)


Department: Solutions 3, Sreake Division
2nd Consecutive Year Award Recipient

“I am thrilled to receive this award again. Our entire team at Three Shake has produced five Top Engineers, the highest number ever. I will continue to contribute to Google Cloud through the database community.”


With extensive experience as a database manager for POS systems and online games, Naoki manages technical support as a DBRE and SRE.

Masashi Suzuki (鈴木 勝史)


Department: Solutions 3, Sreake Division

“I am delighted to have been recognized as a Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer 2026. I feel this award reflects my contributions to information sharing within the company and community.”


Masashi specializes in providing daily technical support for cloud infrastructure, working closely with teams to enhance their internal capabilities.

Kanako Takeda (武田 香菜子)


Department: Solutions 3, Sreake Division

“I am truly honored to receive the Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer award. I extend my deepest gratitude to everyone who supports my activities.”


Kanako came on board in August 2024, working diligently as an SRE engineer and supporting clients with Google Cloud deployment initiatives.

Yunosuke Yamada (山田 悠之介)


Department: Solutions 4, Sreake Division

“It is a great joy to be selected for the Google Cloud Partner Top Engineer 2026 award. This achievement was made possible through the support of my superiors, colleagues, and the community.”


Yunosuke joined in May 2024, focusing on supporting the in-house production of web applications and Google Cloud implementations.
