As Halloween approaches, Atomico English School is thrilled to announce its upcoming Halloween event designed for children. The focus of this event extends beyond mere enjoyment; it's about nurturing a love for the English language while immersing young minds in cultural experiences. The Significance of Halloween

Halloween, a festivity that has found its way into Japanese culture, has its roots tracing back over two millennia to pagan traditions in England and Ireland where it initially celebrated the harvest and warded off evil spirits. The modern interpretation, chiefly the 'Trick or Treat' custom, became popularized in America and has since spread across the globe, enchanting children everywhere.

Special Program Overview

Through our Halloween programs, children will not just learn about the English language but will also engage with the rich cultural history that comes with the festive spirit. It sets the stage for exciting challenges and broadens their horizons, igniting imaginations and nurturing their future aspirations.

Event Schedule:
1. Trick or Treat Adventure in Arakicho: October 31st
Starting from 3:30 PM until 5:00 PM, children will don their costumes and embark on a magical tour of the Arakicho shopping district. Participants will receive candies by shouting 'Trick or Treat' at participating shops. Special rates available for friends of Atomico!

Schedule for Event 1:

• - 3:00 PM / 3:40 PM: Gather and costume preparation at Atomico Yotsuya campus.
• - 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Store visits in the shopping district.
• - 5:15 PM: Reflection and costume changes.
• - 5:30 PM: Shuttle transportation back home.

2. Halloween Week: October 27th-31st
Every regular session at Atomico will transform into a fun Halloween-themed class! Students are encouraged to attend in costumes, and rewards, including candies, will await the costume champions. The week will be filled with Halloween activities, providing rich insights into how this festive day is celebrated around the world. Friends of Atomico can join for free!
